Irgalite Violet FM has a specific surface area of 90 m2/g, is similar to C.I. Pigment Violet 39 and has higher color strength, which is economical and applicable. Due to the complex lakes belonging to ferricyanic acid, the fastness to organic solvents is low, for example, C.I. Pigment Violet 1 and pigment violet 2 printed samples were excellent in water resistance, while C.I. Pigment Violet 27 is significantly bleeding, and is not acid-resistant. It is mainly used in the toner of ink printing ink. In the oil base system of offset printing ink, the copper ferrocyanide complex catalyzes and accelerates the drying process, which will affect the film formation on the surface of the ink and the thickness of the film or the yellowing of the ink, thereby limiting its application. |
